Dove Cameron got candid about her life experience that were precipitating factor for her "major phone anxiety."

During the February 4th episode of Alex Cooper’s Call Her Daddy podcast, the crooner shared details of a tragic moment from her life.

The 33-year-old recounted about the news arrival of father’s death by suicide when she was just 15 years old.

This came after he had visited the Descendants star in Los Angeles, she revealed that a family pal texted her to ask if her mom was around.

Because her mom was not available, the friend encouraged her to tell her mom to get in contact with a family member.

"I just knew," she marked, adding, "I can't tell you why I knew. But it was not a normal interaction. She had no reason to be talking to me."

When her mom later arrived home they got know that her dad Phil "is no longer with us."

Adding, "I had a panic attack because it's the most out of control feeling you can have," she said.

"Actually all three of my big losses have come via phone call, which I guess is pretty standard... But I have major phone anxiety, I think, because of stuff like this."

Cameron recounted her reaction at the time, saying, "I ran out of the room."

She stated her condition, "I couldn't breathe" and noted being "this, like, animal mode."

The Rotten to the Core singer went on to share that it's normal emergency response, "fight, flight or freeze,"

"You feel like you're going to vomit your soul — I don't know how else to describe it."
