Leigh-Anne Pinnock shares relationship update with husband Andre Gray

Leigh-Anne Pinnock has spoken candidly about a challenging period in her marriage to professional footballer Andre Gray, saying the couple are now in a better place as he prepares to move home after playing overseas. 

The former Little Mix singer opened up during an appearance on the Mad Sad Bad podcast, describing how a phase marked by “not being totally honest” and lost trust in their relationship left her “heartbroken.”

Pinnock and Gray, who married in 2023 and share twin daughters, have experienced long-distance strains because of his football career. 

According to Daily Mail, the athlete, currently signed with Turkish club Fatih Karagümrük, had previously played abroad, which Pinnock said gave him time to reflect on the impact of his actions and led him to seek therapy.

“I think like heartbreak is wild… especially someone that you’re so madly in love with and that they can hurt you,” Pinnock told host Paloma Faith, noting that Gray’s willingness to change was vital in repairing their relationship.

Moreover, the singer emphasized that reconciliation requires effort from both partners, saying Gray “went out of his way to change” for the sake of their marriage.

With his return to living at home on the horizon, Pinnock’s comments reflect a shift from earlier difficulties toward a restored partnership.
