Madelyn Cline, Kelsea Ballerini end feud rumours with latest move

Madelyn Cline and Kelsea Ballerini have finally put an end to the chatter about a supposed rivalry. 

The pair were spotted hanging out in a playful Instagram Stories snap shared by Cline, where both stars covered their faces while laughing. 

The friendly moment comes just weeks after Ballerini confirmed she and Chase Stokes, Cline’s ex and her Outer Banks co-star had rekindled their romance after their split in September 2025.

For the unversed, Stokes and Cline first met in 2019 before filming the hit Netflix series, dating publicly in 2020 but breaking up in 2021. 

Ballerini sparked dating rumours with the 33-year-old actor in early 2023, before going public at the CMT Awards that April.

Despite the internet trying to fan the flames, the Miss Me More singer has always insisted there’s no bad blood. 

On the Call Her Daddy podcast, she called Cline “lovely” and “wildly talented,” dismissing the supposed feud as pop culture nonsense. 

She even praised the actress on TikTok in 2024, declaring, “So hot. So hot. We stan Sarah Cameron and Madelyn Cline in this house.”

Valiant One actor has also weighed in, calling fan speculation “f---ing weird” after his split from Ballerini in 2025. 

The couple later confirmed their reunion on New Year’s Eve, with heartfelt messages about love, accountability, and keeping their relationship private. 

Ballerini concluded: “Now go kiss your person and stop speculating,” sending a clear message to the gossip mill.
