Katie Price’s new husband stuck in major financial turmoil

Katie Price has married Dubai-based businessman Lee Andrews in a surprise ceremony, but recent reports have cast a shadow over the newlyweds’ relationship.

According to sources, Andrews was detained in Dubai last year and spent three to four weeks in a local prison after being accused of forging an ex-girlfriend’s signature to secure a £200,000 loan. 

The incident reportedly resulted in him being banned from leaving the UAE until the matter was resolved, though Andrews has publicly denied wrongdoing.

As per Daily Mail, the alleged detention occurred months before Andrews proposed to Price, who tied the knot with him in the Gulf emirate just days after meeting him.

The speed of the relationship, engagement and marriage within a week, has already drawn scrutiny from fans and the couple’s inner circle.

Moreover, friends and former partners of Andrews have urged Price to be cautious, with some accusing him of financial impropriety and manipulation. 

Police are reportedly aware of fraud claims involving Andrews, though no charges against Price’s husband have been confirmed publicly.

Price has defended her decision to marry swiftly and described Andrews as her “partner,” while critics question the lack of transparency around his past and financial affairs.
