Oprah Winfrey marked a milestone with a unique approach as she celebrated another year of her life on Thursday, January 29.

The American host and television producer was glimpsed having an intense fitness session as her gym partners sang a celebration tune.

The veteran star, who turned seventy-two, took to official Instagram and shared how she views aging on Thursday.

The reel showed her in navy leggings, a long-sleeved blue top, and white sneakers, with her hair pulled back with a headband.

In the clip The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks artist honored her sensational life with 72 minutes of cardio workout.

Oprah appeared on the treadmill, bike, climber, ski machine, and every machine her trainer, Peter, threw her way.

In the caption, she penned, "I never thought I’d spend my birthday doing a workout let alone a 72-minute one! But as I get older."

The Food, Health, and Happiness author went on to mark that she feels privileged to have such a healthy body at this age.

Continuing, “Thank you all for the birthday wishes—now let me go find a book to read!”

Oprah reflected, "Life at 72 is looking different than every other decade. Two summers and two new knees ago, I decided to add strength training to my workouts because we all need to maintain muscle as we get older."

The Butler actress emphasised her zeal, "I can't say I'm ready for the Olympics like Adele, but I sure feel stronger."

"So, in honor of another trip around the sun for me, go try something new. You never know where it will lead you," she concluded.
