Colleen Hoover gave a positive health update as she undergoes treatment of cancer.
The 46-year-old American author went to Facebook and announced that she is now cancer free as she has completed radiation therapy.
"Just clarification because of some misleading clickbait making it sound like I'm on my deathbed or something, but I do not have cancer anymore," the It Ends With Us writer penned.
"I was diagnosed sometime last year, had surgery that was successful, just finished radiation yesterday."
"I am done and good and all is well and has been well. My doctors doctored. Hell yeah," she concluded.
This came after a week she posted a mirror selfie of herself, indicating that the second last day of her radiation therapy.
Her initial diagnosis was done in December when she disclosed the fact that the cancer was removed by surgery and that she would receive no chemotherapy but radiation.
The author of the book Regretting You, which was also recently turned into a movie, revealed that she had repeated health problems during the shooting of the next movie adaptation of Reminders of Him.
"I continued to put off until the movie was finished," she wrote.
"So while it felt huge and scary for a bit, and I had to miss out on the Regretting You premiere and some other important career and personal moment, I just wasn't ready to share with anyone until I knew what the outcome would be," she added.
Woman Down is out on shelves and Reminders of Him will be released in the theaters on March 13.
