Kianna Underwood has passed away after a tragic hit-and-run accident at 33, and an investigation might be underway to identify the driver.
The All That star could be seen crossing the intersection of Watkins Street and Pitkin Avenue in the Brownsville neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York when she got hit by a black sedan.
In footage captured of the gruesome incident, the body of the 33-year-old’s body being dragged for nearly two blocks after being struck with the car.
Underwood was pronounced dead at the spot by the New York Police Department because she has endured severe trauma.
The former Nickelodeon star was then identified and so far the police have not reported any arrest or released many details.
Underwood began acting when she was just 7 and rose to prominence in 2005 on the children’s TV show with All That.
The child star also did voice over work, lending her vocals to an animated TV movie Santa, Baby in 2001, among others.
Underwood also had a minor role in Death of a Dynasty, a satirical comedy about the hip-hop industry, with comedian Kevin Hart.
