Connor Storrie got candid about his breakout role in Heated Rivalry in a recent interview.

Notably, the 25-year-old actor reached new heights as his sports television series became a global sensation.

It is to mention that the American actor made his first-ever appearance on the morning show Today, on Wednesday, January 14.

The Headless Horseman actor responded to the most frequently asked questions from fans.

During the conversation with the host, Craig Melvin, Storrie shared about what he believes is the reason people love the pair's character so much.

He went on to state that he and his co-star, Hudson Williams, have an off-camera friendship, which reflected on-screen in the series.

Melvin further asked about the plans regarding the sequel to the Canadian show, Storrie replied, “I think Jacob’s still writing it,” referring to the show's creator and director, Jacob Tierney. 

He disclosed that he thinks they are going to be filming, however, Storrie didn't specify when, exactly.

The host pressed on whether or not “soon” meant this summer, the Riley star agreed by saying, “Yeah, I think about then.”

The series is based on Rachel Reid's novel titled Game Changer. The Long Game, which is the next edition, is in progress and is from the same author.
