Kendrick Lamar, who engaged in a public feud with Drake in the past year, teased fans with a new clip of the rapper working in the studio.
After his last GNX studio record that came out in 2024, the 38-year-old is all set to drop another album this year.
In a recent video shared by Sounwave, the Not Like Us crooner was spotted freestyling in a new video from the studio.
The Money Trees hitmaker can be heard working and recording “man at the garden” in the new studio while fans went wild and asked for more.
One of the X users gushed about the clip being limited: “I’m greedy, I want more,” while another requested the production to combine “all the clips in to a documentary and release it.”
A third fan shared an anime gif of a weeping character, captioning the update with: “This is the best thing I’ve ever heard.”
However, many critics pitted him against his nemesis Drake with one user declaring that the Canadian rapper “won and this is proof.”
Meanwhile, someone criticised the short clip, poking fun at the singer: “How do [redacted] hear this and don’t wanna blow off they eardrums.”
It is to be noted that this update came days after the One Dance hitmaker shared an announcement about his upcoming album ICEMAN, noting that it is “coming soon.”
He admitted going on a last recording trip, which presumably hinted at him shooting in a stripper club, a choice that was heavily trolled online.
