Lily Collins has marked a truly magical milestone, celebrating her first holiday as a mum and fans can’t get enough of the festive family moment.
The 36-year-old actress, widely recognised for her role in Emily in Paris, has delighted followers on Christmas Day by sharing a heart-warming glimpse into life with her baby daughter, Tove, who is now 10 months old.
Posting on Instagram, Lily revealed she and husband Charlie McDowell were soaking up every second of their little girl’s very first festive season.
“Our lil Tove’s first Christmas and we’re feeling all the magic of the holidays,” she wrote.
Notably, the adorable snaps showed baby Tove surrounded by new toys, dressed in cosy Christmas pyjamas, alongside festive decorations inside the couple’s home.
Another sweet photo captured Lily and director husband Charlie sharing a kiss in the snow, while a family selfie with Tove’s face covered by a heart emoji kept things lovingly private.
For those unfamiliar, the couple welcomed their baby daughter via surrogate earlier this year, announcing the news in January with a touching tribute.
“Welcome to the centre of our world Tove Jane McDowell,” the Mirror Mirror actress wrote at the time, thanking their surrogate and everyone who supported them on the journey.
It's worth noting that throughout the year, she has openly shared her joy at becoming a mum.
From celebrating her first Mother’s Day to revealing that co-star Ashley Park handmade Tove’s favourite cuddly toy, the actress has embraced motherhood with warmth and honesty.
