'Stranger Things' star Joe Keery goes viral for transformation in new clip

Joe Keery, who is known for his role as Steve Harrington in Stranger Things, brought a massive change in his looks.

Days ahead of the second volume of the Netflix original, new pictures show his hair transformation that sent his fans in to a frenzy.

As his hair played in important role in the show, the 33-year-old singer dyed his locks in to a “surfer blonde” colour for the upcoming Cold Storage.

After an exclusive clip, the pictures of Joe went viral where he was dressed in a jacket with an employee card hanging at his belt and a stern look at his face.

One of the X users gushed: “I love u with my entire heart” while another expressed their admiration: “Save me blonde joe keery…save me.”

The new clip of the Hollywood actor and Georgina Campbell shows the two debating about opening the door. 

The End of Beginning singer reveals the company hired him “right out of prison.”

The official trailer was released in November 2025, giving a first look at his role in the project.

When is Cold Storage coming out?

The new movie is expected to release next year on February 13, which revolves around two employees battling an apocalyptic situation.

It is to be noted that his hit role in Stranger Things brought Free Guy(2021) back in the spotlight and even sparked a backlash on a movie clip.
