Andrew’s case regarding Virginia Giuffre has finally received an update.
The former prince can finally take a sigh of relief after the new update a sit is good news for him.
The son of Queen Elizabeth II was accused by Virginia for grave sexual offences, owing to his links to Jeffrey Epstein.
While Epstein passed away in 2019 in prison, Andrew is still facing backlash which also saw him losing his royal titles.
However, in new update released by Metropolitan Police confirms that there will be no investigation into reports regarding Andrew, his bodyguard and Virginia that dates back to 2011.
Central Specialist Crime Commander Ella Marriott said “To date, we have not received any additional evidence that would support reopening the investigation. In the absence of any further information, we will be taking no further action.”
In 2011, reportedly Andrew asked his taxpayer-funded bodyguard to investigate Virginia.
It was reported that the former duke passed Giuffre's date of birth and social security number to his bodyguard in 2011 and asked him to dig dirt on her.
As per reports, Andrew wanted the details so he could launch a smear campaign against his accuser.
