Peter Greene, the actor who played the villain in timeless films like The Mask, has sadly been pronounced dead.

The Pulp Fiction star was sixty and has breathed his last on December 13, leaving behind an unforgettable legacy.

Deadline was the first to report and confirm the tragic news, and his manager Gregg Edwards has also shared a few words about the devastating incident.

“He was a terrific guy. Truly one of the great actors of our generation. His heart was as big as there was. I’m going to miss him. He was a great friend,” he stated.

“He was a good friend who would give you the shirt off his back. He was loved and will be missed,” Edwards went on to say.

The Blue Streak actor was found unresponsive in his New York apartment, and the cause of death is unknown, but no foul play is suspected as per The Independent.

Greene was known for playing bad guys, but being the complete opposite of his roles in real life, with a heart of gold.

Greene’s roles in Laws of Gravity and Clean, Shaven were what lead to him being noticed by Quentin Tarantino.
