Sabrina Carpenter is coming clean about one of the things that she kept hidden from her Short n’ Sweet tour crowds.
The Sugar Talking singer had a ‘Spin the Bottle’ segment on tour, in which she would use the game to pick a randomised song, which ranged from her own deep-cuts to famous songs from other artists like ABBA.
In her latest interview with Seth Meyers on the Late Night With Seth Meyers show, the host asked her to be honest about her experience and if her audience actually thought she was surprised by the surprise songs.
“I mean... It'd be so terrible if I was like, yeah, they're idiots, it's not that I think it's like in the heat of the show, it's like Christmas. It's like magical. You can’t tell them the truth,” Sabrina answered.
She added, “but I have to rehearse it, so what it is true is that it's sort of a surprise for me, but I have options of things that I've rehearsed and then I'm surprised by what the option is, so there’s a little bit of honesty.”
Seth then added that no one wants a genuine surprise that results in a janky version of the song, to which Sabrina agreed.
Sabrina is reportedly single as of now, after she split up with the Irish actor Barry Keoghan.
