Millie Bobby Brown is proving to be one of Taylor Swift’s strongest supporters as she takes a sly jab at the pop star’s haters.
The Stranger Things actress’s remark was previously echoed by the 14-time Grammy winner herself when she appeared alongside her fiancé Travis Kelce for his podcast.
In the latest episode of The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, the host Jimmy Fallon discussed that the National Football League’s match between the Houston Texans and the Kansas City Chiefs was on, asking “Do you like football?”
“Yeah I love Taylor Swift,” Millie said, likely as a way to tease football audiences, after the I Bet You Think About Me singer has been booed when shown on the Jumbotron, by the crowds at the tight end’s games in the stadiums.
Taylor also became the subject of a lot of hate online for garnering attention at the games, which was criticised by the male fans.
“I think we all know that if there’s one thing that male sports fans want to see in their spaces and on their screens — it’s more of me,” the Karma singer had said in her record breaking appearance on Travis’s sports podcast.
Notably, the global popstar has brought positive changes to the NFL as well, widening the audiences that tune in to watch the games due to her popularity.
Travis and Taylor made a joint Instagram post on August 26 to announce that they were engaged, but the proposal had taken place two weeks prior.
