British singer Jessie J has opened up about her chat with Princess Kate after being diagnosed with cancer.
The Princess of Wales was revealed to have been diagnosed with cancer in 2023 and has been going under therapy to treat cancer.
Similarly, the singer also announced that she will be going under surgery to treat her recently diagnosed breast cancer.
The Price Tag singer revealed she bonded with the princess over being cancer survivors.
The 37-year-old met Kate at the Royal Variety Performance in London on November 19 where she had a chat with her.
Speaking on Good Morning America on Friday, Jessie revealed what they conversed about.
The ABC News Foreign Correspondent Maggie Rulli asked Jessie “Did Princess Kate say anything to you, mom to mom?”
Jessie replied “She just said, 'Thank you, I know you’ve gone through a tough time.' I said, 'I know you have too.'”
She further added “I just said, 'I want to acknowledge that, mum to mum, cancer survivor to cancer survivor. I see you, and I feel you.”
The singer then asked the future queen if she could hug her and Kate went in to embrace her.
