Scott Wolf has officially withdrawn his restraining order against estranged wife Kelley Wolf, marking yet another dramatic turn in their increasingly turbulent split.
For the unversed, the 57-year-old actor got separated from Kelley in June after 21 years of marriage.
Weeks later, he sought a restraining order, but on Wednesday, a Utah court granted his request to dismiss it, with all previously issued protective orders now declared null and void, according to People.
The Party of Five actor, who has sole custody of their three children, Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11, has spoken openly about the “incredibly difficult and contentious” situation.
In August, he admitted: “The well-being of my children is at stake, and that will always be my priority.
There are significant challenges, and it is tragic for all involved.”
Scott has accused the 49-year-old actress of making “deeply disturbing and entirely false” claims about him, while Kelley has faced her own legal troubles.
She was arrested and charged with harassment before announcing she would enter rehab in September.
In court, she insisted she was “excited” to start treatment, saying: “I recommended it all the time as a mental health professional… I will be there for a month.”
But she checked out shortly after arriving, prompting a judge to impose a 60-day involuntary psychiatric hold to stabilise her with medication.
A source says she was considered “a danger to herself and others”.
Kelley was moved to another mental health facility in mid-October, where she remains under treatment as the couple’s painful chapter continues to unfold.
