Sydney Sweeney leaves fans gasping over Amanda Seyfried

Sydney Sweeney, who is often in the headlines for controversy, has made a surprising admission about Amanda Seyfried.

The 28-year-old actress has confessed she’s utterly “obsessed” with the 39-year-old singer after starring alongside her in the sizzling new psychological thriller The Housemaid.

Sweeey spilled the beans during a chat on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, disclosing she’s been a longtime fan of the Mamma Mia! star.

“Did I know Amanda before this? I’m obsessed with her. She knows how much I am with her. I am like the biggest Mamma Mia! fan,” she gushed.

It’s worth noting that the admiration clearly goes both ways.

The pair recently sang along to ABBA’s Angeleyes for a TikTok video, and the Euphoria star revealed it was a dream come true that Seyfried agreed to join in.

“All my dreams came true! It was amazing,” she said.

Off-screen, the Hollywood duo have struck up a strong friendship, with Sweeey describing the Mean Girls actress as an “icon.” 

Seyfried, meanwhile, praised the Immaculate actress as “beautiful and fun,” saying their shared excitement for The Housemaid made the set a joyous experience. 

Apart from that, the Christy star is enjoying her romance with Scooter Braun and is set to celebrate Christmas Eve together.
