Sabrina Carpenter has directly responded to The White House, after they used a snippet of her song alongside a montage of ICE raids.

The clip showed the department conducting mass-deportation, using the song Juno by the Short N’ Sweet hitmaker, specifically the lyric “Have you ever tried this one?” originally intended for explicit poses in line with the context of the track.

After the snippet was used, the Espresso hit maker’s fans condemned the move, and were joined by the singer herself on X (formerly Twitter).

Sabrina wrote in response to the White House, “this video is evil and disgusting. Do not ever involve me or my music to benefit your inhumane agenda.”

As per a media outlet Zeteo, a representative for the Trump administration, Abigail Jackson, has doubled down on their use of the song, and slammed the two-time Grammy winner.

“Here’s a Short n’ Sweet message for Sabrina Carpenter: We won’t apologize for deporting dangerous criminal illegal murderers, rapists, and pedophiles from our country. Anyone who would defend these sick monsters must be stupid, or is it slow?” Abigail said, referencing more of Sabrina’s songs.

Notably, internet users speculate that the President of the United States’ team specifically targets anti-Trump celebrities and uses their content to aggravate them.
