Sacrlett Johnson reveals she was never asked out for a date before her husband
Scarlett Johnson, who is one of the highest-grossing lead actress in history recently revealed her awkward first date with husband, Colin Jost.
In a recent interview with TODAY with Jenna & Friends, the Black Widow disclosed how no one has ever asked her out.
The 41-year-old recalled how frustrated she was after the experience as she revealed her first date.
While taking to the show host, Jenna Bush Hager, the Iron Man 2 actress revealed that she has never got the traditional “would you like to have dinner sometime” and it was maybe because she was working since early age
She added that it might be the fact that she was a serial monogamist, as she stated that an American comedian took her to an Italian restaurant in the East Village.
Despite it being her first time, the Tony Award winner described the experience as the “lovely date” which was over by eight due to Scarlett’s anxiousness.
When asked by her now husband if she wanted to grab a drink and hangout with his friends after the dinner, the Avengers’ heroine disclosed that she messed up by replying, “And I hadn’t dated basically ever and so I was just like ‘I have to go now, I need to leave’”.
Scarlett confessed that she relieved her babysitter at 9:36 pm and received the question that why was she home so early, to which the movie star replied, “I don’t know, I panicked.”
Notably, she also stated that Colin thought that was it, and they might never meet again because she acted so weird.
