Gracie Abrams becomes target of ‘online bullying’ for surprising reason

Gracie Abrams has hinted that she is working on new music, but internet users are surprisingly against the pop star.

The I Love You, I'm Sorry singer took to her Instagram stories to tell her followers that she was working on new songs.

“I cannot wait for you to hear the new music just know that,” The Secret of Us hit maker wrote on her social media.

Gracie’s singing has been criticised on the internet for a long while, for her singing, her quick rise to fame, and a controversy with Stranger Things star Finn Wolfhard.

Internet users flooded social media, namely X, with bullying remarks, saying that they are not looking forward to new music from her.

“Gracie Abram’s teased new music, so I blocked Gracie Abram,” one netizen wrote, as another joined in, “Gracie Abrams threatens new music so i blocked Gracie Abrams,” with many correcting that the tease was actually a threat.

However, some defended her, saying, “She really is very successful seeing all the hate replies,” and “That's such exciting news! Can't wait to hear what she's been working on!”
