FKA twigs labels working with Kim Kardashian’s daughter as ‘meaningful’

FKA twigs, who released her third studio album, Eusexua in early 2025 recently addressed how it was like working with North West.

The English singer teamed up with the 12-year-old for the song, Childlike Things, which was dedicated for her latest album.

The song is reported to be one of the very first songs FKA’s wrote by herself and she wanted to add the essence of another young artist in it as well.

Notably, the experience shared between the two has now been labelled as “meaningful”.

In a cover story interview with The Rolling Stone UK, that was out on November 20, FKA revealed that the young Tiktoker is very “emotionally mature” despite her given age.

She stated, “I feel like she’s seen so much and she’s so mature in a lot of ways, especially emotionally,”

The 37-year-old continued that they went out for dinner a few times and the conversation that took place between them, made her realize that the influencer’s words are “big and profound”.

“I felt taken aback by her observations of humility that were very on the nose and very true to the things that I’ve learned as an adult.” The Two Weeks hit maker concluded.

For the unversed, North has collaborated with Christian Casey “King” Combs on track, Lonely Roads.
