Kate Middleton has commented on her post-cancer appearance that sparked discourse online.
The Princess of Wales had a good year of making public appearances after completing her cancer treatment.
She was diagnosed with an undisclosed form of cancer in 2024 and has been recovering since after receiving treatment.
On November 19, Kate attended the Royal Variety Performance after two years with Prince William in London.
At the event, she met actress Su Pollard whom she conversed with about her lighter hair colour.
As per Daily Mail, Su told the princess “I like your hair, it looks a lot lighter.”
Kate told Su “It used to be brown, but it’s gone light in the sunshine.”
In September, Kate’s blonde hair created headlines when she returned to royal duty at the Natural History Museum following a summer break.
The mother-of-three has been known for her glossy brunette hair since she married William in 2011 making this one of her biggest shifts in looks.
During the appearance on September 4, Kate’s hair looked the longest they have looked.
However, just two days later on September 6 Kate’s hair was a darker brown again at the Women’s Rugby World Cup.
