Kanye West is going viral for giving a very blunt response to an interviewer in Japan, sparking mental health concerns.

The Runaway hit maker has been attempting to make his way back into the limelight with concert appearances and his latest interview is a glimpse of the candidness fans admired him for.

In an interview with TikTok influencer Mystery Fashionist, the 24-time Grammy winner appeared tired when answering questions about fashion.

“I’m Ye, I’m from Chi,” the rapper introduced himself before the social media personality, AJ, asked him to rate his outfit.

Ye responded with “Oh, it’s always a 10 out of 10,” saying that the outfit was by Gosha Rubchinskiy, but the shoes were by his own fashion brand, Yeezy.

The interviewer then asked him “What’s a fashion trend you regret participating in?” to which the Flashing Lights singer paused for a while before answering, “Life.”

Netizens remarked on the fact that Ye seemed sad, with many surprised that he introduced himself and answered the questions, with others adding that the one word response was iconic.
