Ariana Grande reveals Domingo’s fate after viral SNL skit

Ariana Grande’s highly anticipated hosting gig on Saturday Night Live has gotten some updates straight from the singer herself.

The No Tears Left To Cry singer is currently on her Wicked: For Good press tour, since she plays the role of Glinda in the series, and in her latest interview, she dished on the upcoming sketch comedy show episode.

In her 10th appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the 32-year-old revealed that she was excited to host the holiday episode of the beloved show’s 51st season, when the host asked her if Domingo would be making a comeback.

“He’s been busy, he’s been really busy, I think Domingo is dead actually,” Ariana said, to which Jimmy agreed saying that he had heard that rumour.

The talk show host asked the impressive vocalist how she felt about the musical guest being the legendary Cher.

“I didn’t know it was going to be until like two days before and I found out and I almost passed out I had no idea what to do, what an honour,” the God Is A Woman singer stated before calling it “one of the gayest SNL episodes.”

Notably, the upcoming episode will mark Ariana’s fifth time on Saturday Night Live, as she has been performed as a musical guest and host on the show before.
