D4vd faced a major setback after a dismembered body was found in the trunk of his Tesla, later identified to be that of a teenager girl, Celeste Rivas-Hernandez.
It was rumoured that the 20-year-old rapper was in a romantic relationship with the deceased and was involved in her murder.
In accordance with latest developments, the Here With Me crooner is being considered a “suspect” in the case which was reportedly a “homicide.”
One of the reasons of this might be because D4vd seemingly took a “trip in the middle of the night to a remote area of Santa Barbara” and stayed there for extended hours earlier in 2025.
Although the official cause of death is yet to be revealed, Celeste’s death is being viewed as “homicide” by the investigators.
After the teenager’s body was found wrapped in plastic in September, fans began searching for clues and were able to pin point hints in his music.
An unreleased track titled Celeste resurfaced on the internet, having eerie lyric that goes: “Oh, Celeste, the girl with my name tattooed on her chest, smell her on my clothes like cigarettes.”
Another report uncovered a bizarre relation of the two as it was revealed the girl had a tattoo “shhh” on her body that was similar to that of the rapper.
