Meghan Trainor, who became a sensation with her debut hit All About That Bass, has recently released a brand-new song.
The track is said to be the first single from her upcoming album.
First Song After Sixth Studio Album
Titled Still Don’t Care, the single was released on all digital platforms on November 12. The song blends 80s-pop vibes with a message of self-empowerment. Meghan explained that the track is particularly aimed at “keyboard warriors,” people who tend to judge others over trivial matters.
She also revealed that she strongly believes in this new track. Reflecting on All About That Bass, she admitted that she didn’t believe in it at the time, which led to criticism, despite it becoming an anthem for many.
Lead Single’s Majestic Video?
The mother of two is currently shooting the music video for Still Don’t Care, channeling Glinda from Wicked.
Fans spotted her roaming the streets of Downtown LA, and she even included some followers as background dancers in the video.
Meghan’s highly anticipated album, Toy With Me, is set to release on April 24 and will be supported by a tour. This will be her seventh studio album since she began her music career in 2009.
The Grammy-winning artist teased fans on Instagram, saying, “All dolled up for the new album, I can’t wait for you to step inside this world.”
The 31-year-old songstress will also embark on The Get in Girl Tour in 2026 to promote her forthcoming album. She announced the tour on November 12 via social media: “GIRL WE ARE GOING ON A TOUR.”
The NO hit maker encouraged fans to get as sparkly as possible and suggested they could even buy jewels from Amazon to customise their outfits.
The tour poster features her sitting on a pink piano surrounded by small diamonds. The tour will kick off in June 2026 in Clarkston, Michigan, USA.
