Kristin Cavallari says no to dating men in showbiz

Kristin Cavallari is officially done dating Hollywood hunks and has no hesitation in telling the public why so.

Appearing on her Let’s Be Honest podcast, the reality star opened up about her new boundaries, dating life, and her rule of dating ‘no more actors’.

Even after expressing her love and affection for her handsome celebrity crush very openly, Cavallari would still prefer to stick to her words.

“Brandon Sklenar for me is like, he’s so hot and he’s the type of guy that I want,” she confessed. “But he’s an actor and I would never date an actor.”

The 37-year-old fashion designer says her decision to avoid showbiz men is based on both logic and certain common personality traits among actors.

“He’s going to be on set,” she explained. “Logistically, the scheduling would be a nightmare. He wouldn’t be able to travel to me all the time,” she said, while explaining her reason behind her controversial statement.

Then came her real tea: “Typically, actors are very insecure, and I think that’s why they become actors because they’re seeking outside validation,” she said. “A lot of them can be really cheesy and just a bunch of nerds.”

For context, Cavallari has an extensive history of dating Hollywood celebrities, including names like Nick Zano, Jason Statham, and Jeff Dye, but it seems those days are over.

“I’ve learned my lesson,” she said with a laugh. “I need a man who’s not performing all the time.”
