Nick Jonas makes heartfelt confession about wife Priyanka Chopra

Nick Jonas, known for his chart-topping hits, is embracing family life on and off screen.

The 33-year-old singer-turned-actor revealed how much he enjoyed starring alongside his wife, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, and their three-year-old daughter, Malti Marie, in A Very Jonas Christmas Movie.

Speaking to E! News, Nick explained: “We’re playing ourselves. So, casting other people to be our family would not have been believable or worked. 

And it was just great to have them there and set the whole tone for the whole project.”

Notably, the film also stars the Camp Rock actor's brothers Joe and Kevin Jonas, making it a full-family affair. 

The popstar described the movie as “exaggerated and heightened versions of ourselves,” but admitted there’s “a lot of truth in there.”

He also praised the writers, Isaac Aptaker and Elizabeth Berger, for capturing something “universal” that audiences can connect with. 

“They spent a lot of time trying to understand us better,” he added.

For the unversed, the Jonas family has recently grown closer after a health scare.

Kevin Jonas Sr, who was diagnosed with colon cancer in 2017 and has been in remission since 2018, helped strengthen family bonds. 

Nick reflected to People: “The more emotionally challenging periods really test your endurance…we’ve gotten to the other side of that and become closer as a family and stronger.”

A Very Jonas Christmas Movie is set to delight fans with its festive release on November 14, 2025.
