Meghan Markle and Tyler Perry have subtle reunion at two major Hollywood parties

Meghan Markle reunited with Princess Lilibet’s godfather, Tyler Perry, over the weekend as both attended two of Hollywood’s most exclusive gatherings.

The Duchess of Sussex, 44, and the filmmaker, 55, were among the celebrity guests at the 2025 Baby2Baby Gala in West Hollywood on Saturday night, before later joining the A-list crowd for Kris Jenner’s 007-themed 70th birthday bash at Jeff Bezos’s Beverly Hills mansion.

Though Meghan and Perry were not photographed together, the reunion marked their first public appearance at the same events in months.

Meghan attended both with her husband Prince Harry, 41, who had recently returned from a solo trip to Canada for Remembrance Week.

The Duchess and Perry have shared a close bond since 2020, when he offered the Sussexes his Los Angeles mansion and private security team after they stepped down from royal duties.

“It gave us breathing room to figure out what we were going to do,” Meghan told Oprah Winfrey during their landmark 2021 interview.

Perry, who has faced recent legal controversy over denied harassment allegations, remains a key figure in the Sussexes’ circle of trust, and continues to hold a special place as Lilibet’s godfather.
