Ariana Grande, widely recognised as one of the most powerful voices in pop music, has taken her friendship with Wicked co-star Cynthia Erivo to a whole new level with matching tattoos.

The 32-year-old superstar, who is set to star in American Horror Story Season 13, shared a heartwarming Instagram post on Saturday, revealing the ink that now permanently ties her to her on-screen bestie.

The Side to Side singer showed a photo of their hands side by side, each marked with the words “For Good,” a nod to one of the musical’s most emotional songs.

“Happy wicked month @wickedmovie ♡ 20 days,” she captioned the post, counting down to the release of Wicked: For Good, which flies into cinemas on Nov. 21.

Notably, the touching tribute reflects just how close the two have become while filming.

Director Jon M. Chu told PEOPLE that watching their friendship grow was “one of the most beautiful things to witness,” adding, “They always put Wicked before themselves — no divas, just heart.”

Cynthia, famously known for her powerhouse performances on Broadway, has called performing with the songstress “exhilarating — a little bit addictive,” praising the “synergy” between them.

Grande, meanwhile, said she felt “destined” to work with the 38-year-old actress, describing her as “a Capricorn who loves hard and right.”

What is Ariana Grande doing now?

Ariana Grande is entering her “film era” while keeping music close to heart.

She’s set to reprise her role as Glinda in Wicked: For Good, and will star in the animated Oh, the Places You’ll Go! musical.

Her 2024 album Eternal Sunshine was reissued as Brighter Days Ahead with a new single, Twilight Zone

Though she has no major tour planned, the Into You hitmaker is shifting her focus to acting, with upcoming roles in Meet the Parents 4 and American Horror Story Season 13.
