Meghan Markle has ignited fresh controversy after eagle-eyed fans spotted her royal monogram in a new video promoting her lifestyle brand, As Ever.
The Duchess of Sussex, 44, shared a short Instagram clip showcasing her brand’s Christmas collection, which includes candles, fruit spreads, and festive teas.
But royal watchers spotted a blue leather notebook sitting beside a £48 candle, embossed with her royal cypher: the letter “M” topped with a crown.
The symbol dates back to 2018, when Meghan married Prince Harry, and its use has reignited debate over whether the Duchess is still leveraging her royal identity.
One critic posted on X: “Another example of Meghan putting her royal cypher on anything she can.”
However, fans were quick to defend her. One supporter wrote: “She’s brilliant and creative, she shouldn’t be vilified for using something that’s hers.”
