BLACKPINK's Lisa breaks the internet with spooky costume

Lisa, who is one of the members of BLACKPINK, made sure she drop jaws this spooky season as the singer dressed up in nothing but jewellery.

As the 28-year-old rapper is known for stealing spotlight at any occasion, Lisa went an extra mile as she shared clicks and video of her costume on Instagram.

The carousel of these 10 clicks were acknowledged by nearly 5 million people on social media.

The Pink Venom singer decided to become the famous animation’s character Jibaro, which was a 17-minute long clip in the finale episode of Love, Death & Robots.

Just like the original, she was captured dancing as her interesting accessories swayed with her body in a TikTok video.

Not only her fans but the entire online community was mesmerised by her look with one user labelling her “the hottest Halloween queen.”

Another could not believe it was Lisa as they penned down: “It’s not Lisa (hard to accept).” Soon after the cosplay was shared, edits of the songstress went viral on the internet.

A TikTok user declared they have “never seen a better Jibaro Cosplay” than the one recreated by the Kill This Love singer.

Many netizens on the platform were confused if it was a fan account and went back “to double check the username.”

What is Jibaro?

The episode featuring Jibaro was released in May 2022, captivating fans with its underlying concept and extraordinary visuals.

It left viewers puzzled, a confusion which was later addressed by the creator. It was revealed that the character embodied “greed, toxic relationships and colonialism.”
