American pop star Cardi B, who is currently making headlines ahead of her second studio album Am I The Drama?, is showing some restraint in her fiery feud with fellow rapper BIA.
During a recent X Spaces chat, the 33-year-old Bronx superstar told fans she won’t mock BIA’s disappointing album sales despite their ongoing tension.
“I don’t pick on bi—es,” she declared.
“I just found out BIA’s numbers yesterday. I’m not going to pick on her ‘cause of that sh–. Then that’s overkill.”
For the unversed, the two rappers have been trading subtle jabs since 2024, when fans suspected the 34-year-old singer dissed Cardi on Dreezy’s Bi— Duh remix.
The drama resurfaced when the WAP hitmaker released Pretty & Petty, which listeners quickly linked to her ongoing tension with BIA.
Meanwhile, the MILANO crooner told Billboard she deliberately avoided responding on her debut album BIANCA, saying she didn’t want “noise or negativity” to overshadow her “beautiful body of work.”
Unfortunately, BIANCA struggled to make waves, debuting with just 3,000 equivalent album units and missing the Billboard 200 entirely.
Cardi B has had several high-profile rivalries throughout her career, most notably with Nicki Minaj.
Their feud, one of the most talked-about in hip-hop, erupted in 2018 during New York Fashion Week when the two clashed physically at a Harper’s Bazaar event.
Since then, both stars have exchanged subliminal jabs, and their fanbases, the Bardi Gang and the Barbz, have kept the tension alive online.
