Dua Lipa makes shocking admission after firing manager

Dua Lipa, who is currently headlining Radical Optimism Tour, finally broke her silence after several theories originated from her recent decision.

Although the 30-year-old singer maintained professional ties with David Levy for long, it was earlier reported that she fired him without giving any particular context.

Soon after, an online speculation began to make the rounds that connected her actions with David’s political opinions.

However, the One Kiss hitmaker shut down all the rumours as she took to her Instagram story to reveal that her decision had nothing to do with the former staffer’s personal views.

The three-time Grammy winner admitted that she does not “condone the actions of David Levy or other music executives towards an artist speaking their truth.”

She further condemned a media outlet for misquoting her and making a “completely false” story with “inflammatory, crafted and clickbait[y]” language.

According to the artist, the move was “deeply troubling” as it was designed to “fuel online division.”

This came after it was reported that the manager removed a rap band from the Glastonbury Festival in July, which raised eyebrows.

While the decision was completely independent, a news outlet linked it with the differences in their personal views.
