Jim Carrey calls Trump 'raging howler monkey-in-chief' before his NBC Town Hall

As the debate on the upcoming elections gains momentum across the country, many celebrities are blatantly voicing their thoughts on the current US President Donald Trump.

Following this, famous actor-comedian Jim Carrey recently criticised President Donald Trump in his latest tweet. The actor mocked the Republican leader before his appearance on the NBC Town Hall which apparently coincided with ABC's Town Hall for candidate Joe Biden.

Taking to Twitter, The Truman Show actor shared a post in support of Biden's Town Hall on ABC news. The post showed an avatar of Joe Biden with the backdrop of an American flag.

Carrey wrote in his post: "There is a black hole on @NBC tonight. Tune in to @ABC at 8pm and watch a decent man deliver a safe way forward for this country."

Criticising the president and his supporters, he added: "You can see the raging howler monkey-in-chief’s delusional and steroid fueled fails later on YouTube and, of course, all white supremacist websites."
