Chris Hughes and JoJo Siwa, the couple famed for their whirlwind romance, have stunned fans with exciting news.

The pair, who fell head over heels on Celebrity Big Brother earlier this year, are set to tie the knot by December, although the venue remains under wraps.

Chris’ father, Paul Hughes, has revealed just how besotted his son is with the former Dance Moms star.

The 68-year-old told the Daily Mail: “JoJo is a lovely, down-to-earth girl, and she and Chris clicked straight away.

It wouldn’t surprise us if they got married before Christmas. St Mary’s Church is just over the lane and would be perfect.”

The 32-year-old presenter quickly introduced the 22-year-old pop star to his family, and she is now a regular at their home.

Although the soon-to-be-newlyweds have settled on the outskirts of London, they often retreat to the countryside to spend weekends with his parents.

Notably, the affection is mutual, as JoJo’s relatives are equally fond of Chris.

He has already been asked to be a groomsman at her brother Jayden’s wedding and has struck up a close bond with her parents, Tom and Jessalynn.

“I’ve never felt more at ease with people,” the TV host previously admitted, recalling spa days, pints and Nintendo sessions with the American singer's father.
