James Charles spills the tea about his cosmetic history, going under the knife

YouTube’s diva and fellow ‘Sista’ James Charles recently went on the record and set it all straight. The beauty guru candidly discussed his history with cosmetic procedures and even shared his reasoning for going under the knife at such a young age.

During his interview with Naomi Campbell for her No Filter With Naomi series, the beauty guru revealed, "I have lip filler. I have Botox. I’m very open about it. ‘I don’t have too much of it, but for me, my dad has literally the worst forehead wrinkles you could literally imagine on anybody ever.”

He also went on to clarify his need, vs desire for these cosmetic procedures, “So for me, my Botox was very much just preventative, because my dad and I have a very, very similar face.”

However, the model was more flabbergasted by James’s age and screamed out, claiming that he was “too young” for any of these procedures to be taking place.

“There’s not a lot in there, I promise. I can definitely still move everything around, so we’re very, very good. And just a little bit of filler in the lips.”

At his admittance, Naomi suddenly chimed in and claimed, “Because Geminis, we need our expressions.”

Charles was all for it as well, he elatedly explained, “Oh, absolutely! Literally when I first got it, I was like. ‘Listen girl, I don’t want any wrinkles but I need to be able to move my eyebrows. And if I’m frozen, we’re going to have a problem’.”
