Huda Mustafa, who was introduced as a distraction in the Season 7 of Love Island, has finally broken her silence as she addressed the controversy.
Although the 24-year-old was called out for creating drama on the show, Huda seemingly regrets some of her actions after an extended clip was revealed.
During the special reunion episode of the Peacock series, the model admitted about the heart rate challenge with Ace Greene.
According to her, she “took it a step too far for certain people.”
The actress issued a public apology in front of all the former participants, saying: “I do apologize if I made anyone feel uncomfortable.”
For the task, the contestants wear racy outfits and try to increase their heart beat by teasing each other.
However, the singer made it clear that “everything was consensual. There was no limitations, and we all made that very clear” at the beginning.
After the footage was showed, Chelley maintained that her harsh reaction was definitely “justified.”
This came after the influencer shared a clip, revealing how she was “bullied” by other contestants during her time at the Villa.
The TV personality recalled losing her mind after others claimed they did not wrong him while she was being allegedly abused on the show.
The instalment of the show has been one of the most controversial in the history of the series with two of the contestants removed after severe backlash.
Both Cierra Ortega and Yulissa Escobar faced criticism for using racial slurs when their past social media posts went viral.
