Katy Perry, who recently separated her ways from ex Orlando Bloom, is expected to appear before the court in her ongoing case.
Although it was reported that her ex Orlando Bloom will not appear for testimony, the 40-year-old might face another question in the court for the $15 million mansion.
According to Us Weekly, the songstress will be enquired about Chris Pratt and his wife Katherine Schwarzenegger renting the place.
Although their stay at the singer's place is yet to be confirmed, the couple seemingly placed their Pacific Palisades house on sale for a “cut price.”
In 2020, the residence was bought by the Roar hitmaker from Carl Westcott through Bernie Gudvi, her business manager.
However, Carl claimed that he finalised the deal under the influence of painkillers and tried to revoke the agreement.
The veteran also attempted to depose Orlando in the case in order to ask him if he and Katy ever lived together in the house.
These filings might help reveal if the Dark Horse hitmaker fought for the ownership but did not intend to keep it as her main residence.
This came after the businessman took a legal action against the pop sensation after her manager denied backing out from the agreement.
After the first phase of the trial in November 2023, Katy was declared the rightful owner of the luxury mansion by the court.

The second phase is scheduled to begin this year 2025 where court will give ruling on the remaining “$6 million of the price” that the singer owes.
For the unversed, the Grammy nominated artist deposited $9 million from the $15 million sale price.
