MGK celebrates Pete Davidson's baby news with hilarious comment

Pete Davidson’s journey into fatherhood has quickly gained attention, especially from the comments of his close friend Machine Gun Kelly.

The former Saturday Night Live star, 31, is expecting his first child with girlfriend Elsie Hewitt.

Last week, the duo announced their pregnancy on Instagram with a touching photo of him resting his hands on her bump.

A source told Us Weekly that, “Pete and Elsie definitely weren't planning on starting a family but are over the moon about it.”

Soon after the announcement, one of the first to respond was Colson Baker, better known as MGK.

When Hewitt went public with the pregnancy, Good Mourning actor cheekily commented on her post, “These playdates bout to hittttt.”

He later shared a FaceTime snapshot with the Dog Man actor, capturing the pair smiling widely during their call.

For those unfamiliar, Davidson and Kelly first met in 2017 while filming MTV’s Wild 'N Out.

They later collaborated on the 2019 biopic The Dirt, further solidifying their bond.

Moreover, while speaking with Billboard, the rapper described the two as inseparable during their off-screen time.

'And we were both just, like, super stoners...[We] listened to the same music… So that's my boy,' he said.
