'Coronation Street' star ties the knot in stunning Manchester ceremony

Jack P. Shepherd, a Coronation Street star, married his beautiful partner Hanni Treweek in Manchester on Saturday.

A little more than a year after he proposed while on safari in Tanzania, Africa, the 37-year-old actor and his 35-year-old partner Hanni were joined by friends, family, and coworkers at Manchester Cathedral to exchange vows.

Following the romantic ceremony, the newlyweds kissed passionately as white confetti rained down on them.

Jack arrived in a red Mustang with his mother and his son Reuben, whom he shares with his ex-girlfriend Lauren Shippey. Jack, who has been playing the iconic David Platt on the ITV show since 2000, looked dapper in a white suit.

Hanni showed up soon after, looking stunning in a long trail and a sophisticated white gown with lace details.

Lucy Fallon, a fellow Corrie star who plays David's niece Bethany Platt, attracted attention with her revealing yellow gown and gold strappy heels.

While his on-screen wife Julia Goulding chose a turquoise gown, his sister Sarah, played by Tina O'Brien, looked ultra-chic in a plunging blue and white gown.
