Noel Edmonds and his wife were compelled to "grab their dogs and flee their home" following a terrifying ordeal at their home in New Zealand.

The 76-year-old former Deal Or No Deal host and his spouse, Liz, own River Haven, an 800-acre estate with a restaurant, a winery, a bar and a wellness center.

The couple have had to deal with severe weather conditions, and their stay hasn't been entirely pleasant despite the breathtaking surroundings.

The TV personality told The Sun about an earthquake that "really shook the house" in one specific instance.

He disclosed that during their time on the estate, they had been through three earthquakes.

"In the first one, we were sitting outside with a glass of wine, and I noticed the surface of the wine rippling," Noel told the publication.

Thankfully, there was no structural damage to the property as a result of the incident.
