This week a lot of new music has released and the top charts will go down to the wire as major pop stars are neck-to-neck for the number one spot.

Sabrina Carpenter's 2024 hit album Short N' Sweet leads Miley Cyrus's newly released Something Beautiful LP by less than 100 units.

If Sabrina persists, it would be the sixth non-consecutive week at Number 1 for Short N' Sweet.

On the other hand, Miley is looking to score her third number one album after Bangerz and Endless Summer Vacation.

Sabrina is also due to release her new single Manchild on June 6, which many suspect is a dig at her past relationship with Barry Keoghan, hence adding a layer of intrigue.

Another entry is alternate-rock icons Garbage as their album Let All That We Imagine Be the Light currently sits at the number eight.
