Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are making big changes, and this time, it’s not just another rebrand.
According to the Daily Mail, the Sussexes are executing a professional “separation” by splitting their staff and running individual ventures.
In a move that screams Montecito monarchy, Meghan and Harry are each getting their own chief of staff, marking a dramatic shift away from the “shared” approach of their Archewell Foundation.
Their new household will reportedly be managed by Meredith Kendall Maines, leading a team of 11 across California and the UK.
Meghan is charging full steam ahead with As Ever, her lifestyle brand, which sold out its limited product range earlier this year.
And now, she’s gearing up to drop Season 2 of her Netflix show With Love, Meghan, with big names like Chrissy Teigen set to appear.
Helping her helm this empire is Sarah Fosmo, who previously worked with Microsoft billionaire Bill Gates.
Meanwhile, Harry, often dubbed the “spare” in headlines, is prepping his own mystery commercial project.
Political strategist Miranda Barbot, who worked on Barack Obama’s re-election campaign, will now focus solely on Harry’s initiatives.
She previously led the couple’s trip to Nigeria, which made headlines for its diplomatic flair.
A source told the Daily Mail: “In reality, he has been giving her the space to flourish. Now it is his time to throw himself into exciting new work.”
Critics have called the Sussexes' new setup a “Montecito court,” but insiders insist it’s about structure, stability, and rebuilding credibility after a rollercoaster few years.
The couple is also working with Method Communications to manage PR across their growing empire.
A spokesperson said: “The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have retained the support of Method Communications to support their growing business portfolio and philanthropic interests.”
