Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ accuser recalls tense Suge Knight incident during a party
The former longtime partner of Sean “Diddy” Combs took the stand on Tuesday to make a slew of claims against the music mogul.
Casandra Ventura, better known as Cassie, testified on day two, where she detailed years of physical and emotional abuse inflicted upon her by the 55-year-old.
Ventura filed a sexual abuse and domestic violence lawsuit in November 2023, which opened a barrage of allegations against Diddy by multiple women.
In her testimony, the 38-year-old tearfully shared how the music mogul exerted control over her, even making her alter her appearance and taking away her belongings to weaken her “self-confidence.”
However, Cassie also recalled an interesting incident involving Diddy and incarcerated record producer Suge Knight.
The singer said that during a “freak-off” party, Diddy was informed that Knight was at a nearby restaurant, prompting him to gather his entourage for a confrontation.
Cassie reveals pleading to Diddy about not doing “anything stupid” and that she was “really nervous” about what was going to happen.
The two music executives have a long history together, going back to the days of the East Coast–West Coast feud, which also involved Tupac Shakur and Christopher "The Notorious B.I.G." Wallace.
