American actress Selena Gomez looked stunning as she attended a Disney event on Tuesday, just hours after Forbes refuted claims of her being a billionaire.

At the 2025 Disney Upfront presentation at Javits Center in New York City, the 32-year-old actress dazzled in a stylish black dress.

The star donned a long-length gown with a side slit that highlighted her toned arms. The celebrity had her dark hair styled in a bun.

Steve Martin, 79, and Martin Short, 75, who costarred with her on Only Murders in the Building, joined her.

Amid rumours that her health startup, Wondermind, is in financial trouble after allegedly missing several employee payments, Forbes denied her status as a billionaire.

Though Bloomberg reported Gomez’s net worth to be $1.3 billion in 2024, financial analysts now estimate it at roughly $700 million.

According to a source who confirmed the news on Monday, only four employees remain at Wondermind after nine were let go with two weeks’ severance.
