Jimmy Carwyle, a 48-year-old man from Mississippi, drove his vehicle inside the Friends actress Jennifer Aniston security gates and was arrested Monday, May 5.
Three days later, Aniston’s stalker appeared at his arraignment hearing at Los Angeles Superior Court. The man was barely dressed, wrapped in an anti-suicidal blanket, on May 8.
He was confused when prosecutors alleged that he had harassed Jennifer from March 2023 to May this year, while living in Mississippi.
Talking with the Daily Mail, the wife of the stalker, Julia Carwyle, said that her husband is struggling with mental health, but he is “a great guy”.
“He went to California six months ago,” said Julia, 48. “He left in September and went and I haven't seen him since he left. He was leaving that day to go.”
She said that he was going there in the hope of seeing and meeting with Grammy-winning actress.
“He actually thought he was going to meet Jennifer. I guess he was speaking with her. He had the impression that Jennifer Aniston and he were going to talk and meet.” Julia shared,
So, he drove across the country in the hope that the actress would become his “queen”.
“We just want to get him back home.” Julia desperately concluded, “His daughter needs her daddy. Little girls need their daddies.”
