The hitmaker singer, Justin Bieber, made social media posts on Friday, May 9, speaking about the efforts he put into himself.
The singer wrote about the feeling of selfishness and unintentionally doing such things that have hurt others.
“I’m just an average flawed guy,” the singer wrote, “I’ve done things that have hurt others. I continue to do and say things that hurt others unintentionally.”
The global pop sensation further shared that despite damaging others' feelings, every day he tries to grow with his mistakes instead of being selfish.
Grammy-winning artist talked about the feeling of getting “exposed” if he told how selfish he is.
“Like if I admitted that, maybe people wouldn’t like me or trust me”, he said.
But the singer said, if he gets more honest about his struggles and feelings, it gets easier for him to move past them.
In a final post, Bieber shared his feelings of optimism and pessimism. He said that he can’t control whether he wakes up with a positive or negative feeling.
The singer seeks to shift his perspective instead of questioning. Bieber wrote that he wants to explore the good in people.
"It's Easier to point the finger than it is to take ownership" With that said, Bieber wants to address the need to fix one's own self rather than highlighting others' flaws.
