Nicki Minaj decided to dish out hiring advice to her fans based on her own experiences, telling them which aspirants to avoid.

The Boss A** Bitch singer addressed her fans in an Instagram story and noted an attitude shift in a certain group of people once they began working for her.

Nicki did not name any names in her story, but outlined two points to describe the people whom she employed on the basis of her relationship with them.

“1. Most people don’t want to earn money. They want to be handed the money you had to work for,” she began.

The 42-year-old then went on to detail point number 2, writing with it, “If you become financially ‘rich,’ or are ALREADY rich, wealthy, successful, etc., you’ll always have to hire complete strangers (for the most part)."

Nicki then cautioned her followers from hiring people that they have known for a long time, noting, “People you’ve known forever will want and need a position—real bad. Bills stacking up. Eviction notices. Kids to feed. But for most of them, once they’re hired, that 11-letter word is likely to bite them in the ass within the first month.”

The Do We Have A Problem? singer then cheekily asked her fans to guess the word, before simply penning, “Entitlement.”

Notably, the story was posted with her own song You Da Baddest playing in the background.
